STAFF REPORT
Bids for construction of a commercial driveway and
drainage improvements were opened on February 27 , 1996 , at 2 : 00
p.m.
A total of 13 bids were received, ranging from $32 , 131 . 40
to $49 , 986 . 00 . The low bid of $32 , 131 . 40 is 12 . 1% below the
Engineer' s Estimate of $36 , 545 . 00 .
Below is the total estimated project cost, based upon the
actual low bid price.
