Synopsis of Previous Council action:
3/4/96 -- ordinance and Resolution adopted approving procedure
relating to the deferral of certain development fees.
2/19/96 -- Mayor and Council adopted proposed guidelines for
deferral of certain development fees.
Recommended motion:
That a public hearing be set for April 1 , at 10 : 00 a.m. , for the
purpose of discussing the establishment of an administrative fee
for the deferral of certain development fees.
