Description) Finance: ou gtes• 2-6 Mc -?,51 3.0262 Aaenda Item No. STAFF REPORT The City has provided bicycle racks outside the buildings to safely park bicycles for those individuals who use or enjoy that method of transportation. However, from time to time people still feel the need to bring their bicycles inside the building. when left or parked within the buildings, such bicycles constitute a hazard to pedestrian travel especially in the case of emergency exit . The proposed ordinance would clearly prohibit the entrance of bicycles into the building except in the specified circumstances . It is recommended that further reading of the ordinance be waived and the ordinance be layed over for final adoption. f I I
