STAFF REPORT
The pavement on Lynwood Drive, between Del Rosa Drive and
Victoria Avenue is in need of rehabilitation. Approximately 50%
of this section of Lynwood Drive is under the jurisdiction of the
County.
A Co--operative Agreement has been developed with the
County to stipulate the duties and responsibilities of each
agency relative to the project.
The Agreement provides, in general, that the City will
act as lead agency and have the improvements constructed. - Also,
that the County will reimburse the City for 50% of the total
project cost . in two equal payments. The first paynent will be
made within 30 days of receipt of a bill, and the second no later
than 9-30-96 .
The total preliminary estimated project cost is $400 , 000 .
All costs incurred for the City' s share will be financed
from the $250 , 000 allocated in the Indian Bingo Fund, under
Account No. 246-366-5504-1518 .
