STAFF REPORT
The Traffic Engineering Section received a request to
evaluate the intersection of Caroline Street and Club Center
Drive for a 4-wav stop. The intersection is currently con-
trolled by a 2-way stop in the east and west bound direction.
An investigation by the Traffic Engineering staff
concluded that a 4-way stop is warranted at this intersection.
The Traffic Safety Committee evaluated this request at
their meeting on 10-11-95 . The Committee concurred with the
findings of the Traffic Engineering staff and recommended that a
4-way stop be installed at the intersection of Caroline Street
and Club Center Drive.
Also included in the attached resolution is a stop sign
that was previously approved on Club Way, against Club Center
Drive. For consistency, the proposed resolution includes this
stop sign.
We recommend that the installation of a 4-way stop be
approved.
