Bids for this project were opened at 2 : 00 p.m. , Tuesday, November
14 , 1995 .
A total of 11 bids were received, ranging from $62 , 445 . 00 to
$111 ,468 . 00 . The low bid of $62 , 445 . 00 is 10 . 2% below the
Engineer' s Estimate of $69 , 552 . 00 .
Below is an estimate of the total project cost, based upon the
actual low bid price:
