STAFF REPORT
Plans for installation of catch basins in Tennis Court
Lane have been prepared, and the project is ready to be
advertised for bids. The project consists, in general , of
installing two catch basins at the low point in Tennis Court
Lane, and a 24-inch storm drain to Timber Creek.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 24 ,960
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #7025) _ 3 , 000
Sub-Total $ 27 ,960
Contingencies (5%) ± 2 , 040
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 30 , 000
An amount of $30 , 000 has been allocated in the 1995/96
Storm Drain Construction Fund Budget, under Account No. 248-368-
5504-7025 , to finance the costs that will be incurred for this
project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
