Lena Road, in accordance with Plan No. 9399 , be approv(-d ; anal. the
Director of Public Works/City Engineer be authorized to advertise
for bids .

STAFF REPORT
Plans for rehabilitating the pavement and widening to
provide four traffic lanes on Mill Street, from Waterman Avenue
to Lena Road, have been prepared and the project is ready to be
advertised for bids. The project consists, in general , of re-
constructing a section of failed pavement, and cold milling and
resurfacing the remainder portion.
Below is an estimate of the total estimated project
cost.
Construction Contract $ 170 ,825 . 00
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #7010) 17 , 083 . 00
Sub- Total $ 187 ,908 . 00
Contingencies (9 . 1$) ± $ 17 , 092 . 00
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 205 , 000. 00
An amount of $205 , 000 . 00 has been allocated in the
1995/96 1/2� Sales Tax Fund, under Account No. 129-367•-5504-
7010 , to finance the costs that will be incurred for this
project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and
authorization granted to advertise for bids.
