Bids for maintenance of landscaping in Assessment
Districts No. 976 , 991 and 997 were opened at 2 : 00 p.m. , Tuesday,
11-14-95 .
A total of 8 bids were received, ranging from $35 , 479 . 00
to $57 ,540 . 00 . The low bid of $35 , 479 . 00 is 19 . 1% under the
Engineer' s Estimate of $43 , 830 . 00 .
Below is an estimate of the total annual cost, from 2-1-
96 to 1-31-97 , based upon the actual low bid price.

Incidental Costs (Assessment
Engineering, Inspection, Water,
Administrative Fee & Electricity 32 , 021 . 00
TOTAL ESTIMATED ANNUAL COST $ 67 , 500 . 00
All costs incurred will be charged to Accounts No. 251-
675-5506 , 254•-650-5506 , and 254-666-5506 , and recovered through
assessments placed on the parcels within the assessment
