STAFF REPORT
Tentative Tract. No. 14565 was approved by the Planning
Commission on September 25 , 1990 , and an extension of time, from
September 25 , 1992 to September 25 , 1993 , was also approved.
Amended Conditions of Approval were also approved by the Planning
Commission on 7-11-95 . Final Map documents were submitted to the
City Engineer in May of 1995 .
Tract No. 14565 is a 22-lot Single Family Residential
subdivision. The required improvement securities and
certificates of insurance will be filed prior to the Council
meeting of 12-4-95 , and the prescribed fees will be paid prior to
recordation of final Map. Also, the improvement and grading
plans have been prepared and will be approved.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be sub-
stantially in compliance with the Tentative Map and the
Subdivision Map Act. Therefore , we recommend that the Final Map
be approved.
