She said o that the reports would be on the next City Council Agenda for the meeting of November a 2, 2015. She indicated that she would be giving a detailed report of the Independent a Auditor's Report, as well as the Financial Statements of the City at that time. She stated that she had been assured by the auditors, Macias, Gini & O'Connell, that the City's Federal Financial Assistance, better known as the Single Audit for FY 2013 would also be completed by October 21, 2015. She stated that the Single Audit was the one needed Ni to recover the City's General Fund money that had been expended to SBETA for FY J 2014/2015. >� Jim Godsey, Partner, Macias, Gini & O'Connell, stated that he felt that the Financial Statement Audit was in pretty good shape. He reported that he had been working very ° closely with the City's management team to resolve outstanding issues and stated that he received an updated report from the bankruptcy attorney which they incorporated in their final draft. He said that he was working with their Quality Control partner who had LO completed her review, but he had to resolve two small issues with her. He stated that the o only things that were pending at this time were items that needed review by Ms. McKay. He said that if he could get Ms. McKay's comments by the end of the night,he didn't see o a problem with issuing the report on Wednesday. c Mr. Godsey stated in regards to the single audit, his office had requested additional E information last week which was originally requested a long time ago.
