holiday); February 1 and 16 (Tuesday due to holiday); March 7 and 21;
April 4 and 18; May 2 and 16; June 6 and 20; July 5 (Tuesday due to
holiday) and 18; August 1 and 15; September 6 (Tuesday due to holiday)
and 19; October 3 and 17; November 7 and 21; and December 5 and 19.
