authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of traffic signals at Arrowhead
Avenue and 7th Street have been prepared by a Consulting
Engineer, and the project is ready to be advertised for bids.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 70 , 500
Consultant' s Design Fee 3 , 335
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. # ) 4 , 665
Sub-Total $ 78,500
Contingencies (15%) ± 11 , 500
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 90,000
An amount of $90 , 000 has been allocated, under Account No.
250-670-57898 , to finance the costs that will be incurred for in-
stallation of these traffic signals.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids .
