Enterprises on behalf of the "Make a Wish" Foundation is staging a benefit "Reggae Summersplash 193" concert at Perris Hill Bowl on June 13 , 1993 . A portion of the proceeds from the concert will be donated to the "Make a Wish" Foundation to assist terminally ill children realize their fondest wishes. To advertise this event, Mr. DiCicco is requesting a street banner be hung over "E" Street at the Bridge and is further asking that the $200 installation fee be waived.
