to advertise the "Reggae Summersplash ' 93" concert at the Perris
Hill Bowl on June 13 , 1993 , be approved.

CITY OF SAN BERNDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Mr. Dean DiCicco of D.J.D. Enterprises on behalf of the "Make a
Wish" Foundation is staging a benefit "Reggae Summersplash 193"
concert at Perris Hill Bowl on June 13 , 1993 . A portion of the
proceeds from the concert will be donated to the "Make a Wish"
Foundation to assist terminally ill children realize their fondest
wishes. To advertise this event, Mr. DiCicco is requesting a
street banner be hung over "E" Street at the Bridge and is further
asking that the $200 installation fee be waived.
Due to the benefit nature of the event, it is recommended that the
request be approved.

tions to be made towards this 'event.
