STAFF REPORT
As required by the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code ilti
Resolutions No. 89-323 and 89-216, which established the District, the annual
assessment roll relative to Assessment District No. 990 (Highland and At 1-1i
Security and Maintenance District) has been prepared and is attached to the
Resolution.
The roll for 1993-94 totals $58,944.84 and is submitted to your Honorable Body
for action as required.

9 WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 89-323, the Mayor and Common Council
10 formed an assessment district known as Assessment District No. 990 for :o

12 maintenance/energy costs in the area of Highland and Arden Avenues purr rt
13 tt, the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino City Municipal Code;

15 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89-216, the Mayor and Common Council declared

3 ries of the District by expanding the boundaries thereof to include addii -,n-
4 al territory in the District; and

W11 EAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepared totaling $58,944.84 for

Zone 1 of the district, which sets forth the individual assessments 1 ' e

] , . 'Led on each of the parcels of land within Zone 1 of Assessment District

No. 990 for the fiscal year 1993-94;

10 N( THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
11 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1 . That the Mavor and Common Council do hereby find and deter-

mine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of ' .nd
