The Joint Special Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino was
called to order by Mayor R. Carey Davis at 6:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2015, in the
Council Chamber of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street (Lobby), San Bernardino, California.

RES. 2015-258 — Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino Acting as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
San Bernardino Approving an Installment Payment Plan with the California Department
of Finance for the Amount Payable Pursuant to the Low- and Moderate-Income Housing
Fund Due Diligence Review Consistent with California Health and Safety Code §34179.7
and Approving Certain Related Actions.
Motion: Adopt the Resolution.

3. Public Comments On Items Not on the Agenda
Scott Olson, San Bernardino, spoke about the situation between the City Manager and
Mayor and how the vote must have gone to dismiss him.
Sandra Ibarra, San Bernardino, spoke about where the City Manager's severance
package was coming from and questioned the amount.
4. Announcements by Council Members and Executive Staff
There were no announcements.
5. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m. The next joint regular meeting of the Mayor and
Common Council and the Mayor and Common Council Acting as the Successor Agency
to the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2015.
