At the request of the department, appropriate specifications were prepared, published and furnished to area suppliers. Bids were publicly opened and declared on May 27 , 1993 . Specifications as bid have been reviewed with the Parks Superintendent who concurs that the bid of Mentone Turf meets specifications and requirements. F-94-02 . 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 5 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS : 6 SECTION 1 . " 4 CITY and MENTONE agree as follows : 5 1 . MENTONE shall provide to the City landscape maintenance g services for Seccombe Lake in accordance with the General and Technical Specifications for Bid Specification No. F-94-02, a copy 7 of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A, " (hereinafter referred to as the "Specifications" ) . 8 2 . CITY SHALL NOT UNREASONABLY REFUSE SUCH EXTENSION. 18. PROHIBITED INTEREST NO MEMBER, OFFICER, OR EMPLOYEE OF THE CITY OR OF ANY AGENCY OF CITY DURING HIS OR HER TENURE OR FOR ONE YEAR THEREAFTER SHALL HAVE ANY INTEREST, DIRECT OR INDIRECT IN THIS CONTRACT OR THE PROCEEDS THEREOF.
