HARDGRAVE, Director Subject: Resolution Confirming Am)ual Assessment Roll , Assessment Dept: Public Works/Engineering District No. 971 (Fire Station District -- Tri-City Area) Date: June 28, 1993 Synopsis of Previous Council action: 02-17-86 -- Resolution No. 86-47, adopted by the Mayor and Common Council, declared that all the land included within the boundaries of said district will be benefited by the construction of a fire station. 03-17-86 -- Resolution No. 86-82, adopted by the Mayor and Common Council, found that the public interest, convenience, and necessity re quired the formation of a fire station construction reimburseuwitt assessment district. ROLL AD971 1 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIT) OF 2 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 3 Sh 'TION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and deter- 4 5 mine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of I.-Ind Within Assessment District No. 971 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll 6 No. 971 for the fiscal year 1993-94, designated as Exhibit "A" and attachod 7 hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. 8 9 SECTION 2.
