1 . Request for Closed Session to discuss pending litigation.
Motion: That the Common Council recess to Closed
Session pursuant to Government Code Section
54956. 9( a) to confer with its attorney
regarding pending litigation which has been
initiated formally to which the City is a
party as follows:
San Bernardino & Rialto Firefighters, Local 891, et al
vs. City of San Bernardino, et al - San Bernardino
Superior Court Case No. SCV 04574
2. Open Session:
Discussion and possible action on transfer of the
Paramedic program to private enterprise.
Motion: That the Mayor be directed to meet and confer
with San Bernardino & Rialto Firefighters, Local 891,
regarding the possible transfer of the Paramedic program
to private enterprise.
