Levin and Raynes has asked Yohko Kaobayshi-Arnett to exchange the location of 3 of their assigned parking spaces with the location of 3 spaces assigned to Levin and Raynes. The reason for the exchange is simply one of convenience. The spaces requested by Levin and Raynes from Yohko Kobayaski- Arnett directly abut the office leased by Levin and Raynes. Both lessees have agreed to the exchange. The appropriate amendments to the lease agreements have been prepared and are attached. Under the terms of the lease agreements with these 2 parties, any amendments to the agreements require approval of the City. Exhibit 1 indicates the location of the three spaces assigned to Levin and Raynes which they are requesting to be re- assigned to Yohko Kobayashi-Arnett. Exhibit 2 indicates the location of the three spaces assigned to Yohko Kobayashi- Arnett which they are requesting to be re-assigned to Levin and Raynes.
