(b) Advertising to recruit the Downtown Main Street Project Manager. (c) Negotiation for lease of office space on "E" Street for the Project Manager. (d) The mailing of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for architectural consultants to prepare conceptual design recommendations. 10-19-87 - Resolution 5049 - Agreement of Cooperation with San Bernardino Downtown Main Street Inc. Recommended motion: (MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL) A. Move to recommend approval for Rancon Associates to place a sculpture on the City Hall Plaza as part of the Main Street Project, "Art in Public Places". (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION) B. Rancon has agreed to place a sculpture on City Hall Plaza for approximately nine months. It would be there intent to rotate art in coordinated effort with the Tri-City development. Staff and Redevelopment Committee are recommending incurring the cost for the installation of the sculpture for $1,500.00.
