AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $4,000,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ITS TAX
ALLOCATION NOTES, TAXABLE SERIES, TO AID IN THE FINANCING OF A PORTION
OF THE COST OF A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT KNOWN AS THE NORTHWEST
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF
