Synopsis of Previous Council action:
At the meeting of the Mayor and Common Council held January 19 , 1988 , the
minutes of the Legislative Review Committee meeting (held on January 8 , 1988)
in which the committee recommended review by the full council of proposed
no smoking ordinances was approved.
Recommended motion:
That a public hearing for the purpose of discussion/reviewing proposed
"no smoking" ordinances be set for Monday, March 7 , 1988 at 10 a.m. in
the Council Chambers located at 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino,
California
