4 VOLUNTEERS AT A FLAT RATE OF $6. 0000 PER HOUR.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
