Resolution of the City of San Bernardino amending Resolution No. 6413 entitled in part "A Resolution—establishing a basic compensation plan. . ."; by implementing a 4% salary increase effective with payroll period beginning January 4, 1988, as approved September 11, 1987, and changing the salary range of the Director of Building and Safety from R4164 ($3846-4686/Mo) to R4177 ($4516-5500/Mo) effective January 4, 1988. Completion of a public speaker information form, located at the entrances to the Council Chambers, stating the name, address, phone number of the petitioner and the nature of the subject to be addre—ssed will not only assist the City Clerk in correctly identifying that individual for the public record, but will enable the Mayor to assure the petitioner an opport»nity to speak.
