1 ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND , AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP , WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19 .06 .020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 87-10 , GENERALLY LOCATED
4 AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CAROLINE STREET AND HUNTS LANE) AND
ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1 . Pursuant to Chapter 19 .06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code , the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the southwest corner of Caroline Street and
10 Hunts Lane , is rezoned from M-1 , Light Industrial District to C-
11 M, Commercial Manufacturing District:
12 A portion of the North one-half of Lot 4 , Block
65 , Rancho San Bernardino , in the City of San
13 Bernardino , County of San Bernardino , State of
California , as per Map recorded in Book 7 of
14 Maps , Page 2 , in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Bernardino County.

SECTION 2 . The zoning map, which is incorporated by
17
reference in Section 19 .06 .020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
18
Code , is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
19
ordinance .

SECTION 3 . The negative declaration for environmental
21
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee ,
22
attached hereto , marked Exhibit "A" , and incorporated herein by
23
reference , is hereby approved and adopted .

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
25
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
26
Bernardino at a meeting thereof , held on the
27
day of 1988 , by the following vote ,
