Synopsis of Previous Council action:
November 16, 1987 - Approved application for funding in the amount of $7,500
under the provisions of the FEMA VI (PL100-77) program.
Recommended motion: l
That the application for additional emergency food and shelter funds in
the amount of $7, 500 to be administered through the Ilestside Drop-In
Center, be approved.

AUTHORIZATION FOR APPLICATION AND STAFF REPORT
ADMINISTRATION OF EMERGENCY FOOD
AND SHELTER FUNDS
The Council approved application for funding in the FEMA VI program in the
amount of $7,500 on November 16, 1987. Since that application was approved,
the County has received additional funding and the City received notice to
resubmit for an addition to our request. Therefore, it is requested that
authorization be given to apply for an additional $7,500. This will provide
$15,000 to be administered through the Westside Drop-In Center during the
period January-September 30, 1988.
