installation of 75 inch storm drain in University Parkway, at Route
I-215 Freeway, be adopted.

EQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
The project consists of installing the master plan storm drain in
University Parkway, from 500 feet South of Route I-215 Freeway
to 700 feet North of Route I-215 Freeway.
The project was reviewed by the City' s Environmental Review Committee
on October 8, 1987 , and a determination made that the proposed project
would not have a significant impact upon the environment.
Therefore, the Committee recommends adoption of a Negative Declaration.
The required ten ( 10) day public review period began on October 14,
1987 and expired on October 27 , 1987 .
The health and safety findings, as required by OPR, were made at
the Council Meeting of October 5 , 1987 .
