June , 1987 --- Allocation of $50 ,000 in 1987-88 Sewer Line Construction
Fund Budget approved .
Recommended motion:
That a finding be made that the installation of
a relief sewer in Circle Road , from Edgehill Road
to a point approximately 525 feet to the north , is
needed for health and safety reasons .

At the present time there is a sewer line installed in
a 10-foot easement from Circle Road to Edgehill Road . This line
was apparently installed many years ago without plans or inspec
-
tion .
Roots periodically plug this sewer line , which results
in the raw sewage draining down the driveway of the residence at
808 Edgehill Road .
Installation of a relief sewer line in Circle Road will
eliminate this problem .
We recommend that a finding be made that the installation
of this sewer line is needed for health and safety reasons .
