3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO REPEALING CHAPTER 16.12 REGARDING POLITICAL SIGNS.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
6 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 16.12 is repealed.

SECTION 2. Compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The Mayor and
9
10 Common Council finds that this Ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality
11 Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines, the general rule that an
12 activity that will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the
13
environment is exempt.
