City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department Sewer Treatment Rate Study
A PowerPoint presentation titled, "2015 Wastewater Rate Adjustments: Collection and
Treatment Systems," dated May 27, 2015, was given by Stacey Aldstadt, General
Manager; Terri Willoughby, Finance Director; and John Claus, Wastewater Treatment
Director.
Public Comments:
Jean Cihigoyenetche, General Counsel for the East Valley Water District, Rancho
Cucamonga, submitted into the record and spoke regarding a letter addressed to the City
Council of the City of San Bernardino, dated May 27, 2015, from Brian Tompkins, East
Valley Water District Chief Financial Officer.

The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. The next joint regular meeting of the Mayor and
Common Council and the Mayor and Common Council Acting as the Successor Agency
to the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 1, 2015.
