Background:
The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is seeking Mayor and
Common Council approval to solicit Request for Proposals for the construction of
handicapped accessibility improvements at the Galaxy Center located at the former
Norton Air Force Base. The Galaxy Center and its ballroom are utilized by various
community groups for a variety of events.

3 BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
