Dear Glenn,
This is a Formal Complaint, of a Code Violation on City Property located
on the south side of 7'h St., east of Mt. View. The person responsible for this lives at
179 W. 7t` Street.
I can't believe the Code Enforcement Personnel and the City Elected Officials
have not seen this for over a year. It is within a '/z mile of City Hall. When is Code-
Enforcement going to get smart and prosecute and penalize persons that are destroying
property values and the city with this type of Blight.
This city will continue to look like a dump until Code Enforcement and our
Elected Officials take a stand and enforce the codes and violators are penalized.
I am sure that I will not receive a reply on this complaint, never have in the
past, and the violation will be a long time before it is removed, at Tax Payers expense.
From a person who enjoyed this city when it was a misdemeanor with penalties to
violate the codes. _.._._
