Nicole Houston will fill the current vacant position of Executive Assistant to 0
Director (U). This position has been vacant since January 1, 2015. In order to
ensure that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services office is adequately
staffed and the needs of the executive staff are fulfilled, it is critical that this LL

Nicole Houston is the top candidate selected having successfully completed the
selection process and oral interviews. Ms. Mead is well qualified to fill this E
position given her background and experience and will be a valuable asset to the U

Shannon Mead will fill the currently vacant position of Executive Assistant to 0
Director. This vacancy resulted due to the retirement of the previous Executive a
Assistant to Director in December 31, 2014. In order to ensure that the Fire
Administration office is adequately staffed and the needs of the executive staff
are fulfilled, it is critical that this position be filled.
