Motion: Adopt the Resolution. Synopsis of Previous Council Action: On February 27, 2014, the Personnel Committee took no action on the item. It was recommended that the City Manager prepare a contract to fund support staff for the transition period. On January 15, 2015, the Personnel Committee Chairman recommended that this item be forwarded to Mayor and Common Council for adoption. Background: Requesting the establishment of one (1) Mayor's Chief of Staff (U) position and approving the job description.
