Responsible for managing, planning, directing, and oversight of fire suppression, emergency medical services, training, hazardous materials response, administration, fire prevention (Life Safety & CUPA), Citywide emergency management, and the Metro Net Communications Center. Collaborate across departments to implement strategies that align with elected officials and the City Manager's initiatives such as building neighborhood resiliency, eliminating graffiti, City and school collaboration, increasing volunteerism, and the education of fire personnel on Citywide information, events, and services.
