She is very faithful to her family and those around her. Her kids are now grown but she is constantly involved with their lives. Her extended family is all over San Bernardino and Highland. It's like a village. She is rough on her men and she can be a real ball buster but she has a full plate. Her parents are in failing health and require assistance. Her job at Patton requires a lot of responsibility. She was very good at it and very proud of her work there. Vickie Whitten attended Valley College and graduated Deans List with a 3.8 GPA and started working as a pharmacy tech at Patton State Hospital in 1999. She had always been an exceptional employee and in 2006 she won employee of the Year at the Facility. I have met many of her former coworkers and they have all praised her work at PSH (Patton State Hospital) over the last 15 years. They have offered condolences over the death of Jared Bennett ( a friend of her son that she raised from age 12). 1 met many of them at his funeral and they helped cover Jared's funeral expenses. He was killed in an auto accident in May of 2013. After Jared died she tried burying her sorrow in her work and she failed miserably. Her work performance went into the toilet and the side effects of Celexa for depression only made the problems far worse. Mood swings, sleep disorders, disorientation, rage and loss of memory over extended periods of time. Fortunately, she had acquired over 7 months of sick leave and vacation time. As far as her work performance at Patton goes, she has never been the same. In short, Vickie Whitten was a great mother for her kids and extended family, a great caregiver for her parents, a great worker as a Patton Employee and a ballbuster for any man in her life. She has not dealt with the Death of Jared very well over the last 18 months but she seems to be getting better. She has never been in legal trouble before in her life and she is literally in shock over these charges. We are both looking at these charges and a circumstances surrounding them. There are certain things about this case that does not add up. I've spent decades researching public policy and corruption in America. I know a dirty investigation when I see one. Here is what is wrong with this one. Vickie Whitten is being charged with Felony Grand theft at Patton, based on an investigation of their in house Security. Patton Security claims that she stole meds that she signed out for delivery to unit 22 at the facility. She signed out for the meds to unit 22 and scratched them out on the delivery log when she found out she didn't have them. None of the meds on the delivery were scheduled narcotics, none have a propensity for abuse and there is no resale value. There is no motive for the theft by a Pharmacy Tech. Why would someone steal worthless meds, with no resale value or propensity for abuse? They wouldn't, It didn't happen. That is why they are not tightly monitored by Pharmacy staff. Vickie's residence was also searched and Patton Meds were found there as well. Those meds were not tied to the missing meds to be delivered to Unit 22 at Patton. Patton's estimate of the value of the meds found at Vickie's residence is $15.00. Once again the same problem with these meds. They are not scheduled narcotics, none have a propensity for abuse and there is no resale value for those meds. If Vickie Whitten needed any of those meds, it's a five dollar co-pay. Now here is the kicker, Vickie Whitten was originally being charged with Felony Grand theft of Patton Property exceeding $ 950.00. Then it was reduced to a Wobblier Felony Grand Theft of Patton Property exceeding $400.00. What Patton Security is claiming, is that Vickie Whitten stole drugs that she signed out in the delivery log. That is a f in confession. Patton Security is also claiming that Vickie Whitten also stole meds from Patton that had no value, meds she did not use and had no propensity for abuse. She then stored them in our room when she knew she was under investigation and a search warrant would be easy to obtain. Don't get me wrong, I like blonds with a nice rack, but they have got to be smart. This is BS and I am going to get to the bottom of it. They might have no problem planting drugs to support their budgets but I do. BTW- Why would Ramos drag my GF through this crap? I should have been there when the cops showed up and charged as well. Ramos wants to be AG and I'm in his way. I will hang that corrupt little NAZI if I get a chance. Jay Lindberg
