The Packet Pg:66 previous person was in the position for approximately seven months. This is a budgeted position. Why is it critical to fill this position? What options were considered? This is a key position within the Department as the individual assists customers at the counter and over the phone. The Customer Service Representative processes payments, prepares mailings, liens and lien releases. This individual also works directly with the Code Enforcement Officers in the field.
