SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT TO THE MOBILEHOME RENT BOARD
Father La Pinto submitted his resignation to the Mobilehome Rent Board as of
October 1992. Enclosed is a resume for Mr. David B. Marion, Certified Public
Accountant, who I would like to recommend be appointed to the Mobilehome Rent
Board as a neutral member. Mr. Marion's office is located in the City of
Redlands, however, he is a resident of the City of San Bernardino, and has
agreed to become a member of the Board.
4, The next N.O.I. increase to come in front of the Mobilehome Rent Board will be
on November 17, 1992, and it is hoped that Mr. Marion can be appointed at the
November 2 council meeting.
