2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.24.190, SUBSECTION B OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROHIBIT VEHICLES
3 EXCEEDING A MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT LIMIT OF TEN-THOUSAND
4 POUNDS UPON THE FOLLOWING ROAD SEGMENTS: BELLEVIEW STREET
BETWEEN "K" STREET AND "I" STREET; CONGRESS STREET BETWEEN "K"
5 STREET AND "I" STREET; "J" STREET BETWEEN RIALTO AVENUE AND THE
END OF "J" STREET APPROXIMATELY ONE-THOUSAND FEET SOUTH OF
6 CONGRESS STREET; AND "I" STREET BETWEEN CONGRESS STREET AND
THE END OF "I" STREET APPROXIMATELY THREE-HUNDRED FEET NORTH
7 OF BELLEVIEW STREET.
8 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
9 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
10 SECTION 1. Section 10.24.190, Subsection B, of the San Bernardino Municipal Code
11 is hereby amended to add the following streets to those currently listed in Section 10.24.190,

14 10.24.190 Commercial Vehicles Prohibited on Certain Streets.
15 B. Pursuant to the authority and restrictions of Vehicle Code Sections 35701, et seq., no
person shall operate or drive any vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of ten
16 thousand pounds upon the following streets, and the Director of Public Works shall cause
17 appropriate signs to be erected giving notice of such weight limitation prohibition:

Belleview Street between"K" Street and"I" Street

20 Congress Street between"K" Street and"I" Street
21
"J" Street between Rialto Avenue and the end of"J" Street approximately 1,000 feet
south of Congress Street

"I" Street between Congress Street and the end of "I" Street approximately 300 feet
23 north of Belleview Street (Rialto Avenue)
