Synopsis of Previous Council action:
At the time of Standing Committee appointments, it was agreed
that Councilman Oberhelman would serve on the Ways & Means
Committee until the Fifth Ward Councilmember was elected and
at that time the new Fifth Ward Councilmember would be appointed
to this Committee.

To appoint Councilman Jerry M. Devlin to Ways & Means Committee
in place of Councilman David Oberhelman.
