Closed Session Announcement City Attorney Saenz announced that during closed session the Council voted unanimously to increase the fee cap to $50,000 in the case of Hector Briones and Roseland Harding v. City of San Bernardino; the Council voted unanimously to give settlement authority in the matter of City v. Pannu Mohaninder; and the Council voted unanimously to give settlement authority in the matter of City v. Tae Y. Choi. Larry Guidry, San Bernardino, spoke about two park clean-up projects, including one at Lytle Creek Park and the other at Anne Shirrells Park. He stated that sign-up for both projects begins at 7:30 a.m. and the project runs from 8 a.m. until noon. He invited everyone to show up for the work. Al Palazzo, San Bernardino, spoke about quality of life, his tour of the City, and green areas in the City that are the responsibility of private users. He encouraged people to take his tour in order to better understand the balance between the parks and the City.
