not related to disputes with tenants . I
have also represented both landlords and
tenants in matters involving mobilehomes .
I believe that I have a knowledge of the
economics of mobilehome parks, and an
understanding of the problems and concerns
of both mobilehome park owners and mobile-
home owners, their tenants .
I have acted as Judge Pro Tempore in the
Superior Court on numerous occasions, and
if appointed as Commissioner, I will act
within the letter and spirit of the San
