2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
2.58.010, SUBSECTION A, OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE
3 RELATING TO THE TIMES OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL.

5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

7 SECTION 1. Subsection A of Section 2. 58.010 of the San
8 Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
9 "A. Regular meetings of the Mayor and Common
10 Council of the City of San Bernardino shall be held on
11 the first and third Mondays of each month at eight
12 o'clock a.m. ( 8:00 a.m. ) at the City Council Chambers,
13 City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino,
14 California. "

4 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
5 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
6 Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on the
