Ladies and Gentlemen:
On March 20, 1996, the Inland Valley Development Agency
("IVDA") adopted its Resolution No. 96-19 Approving A Certain
Amendment No. 2 To Amended Joint Exercise Of Powers Agreement .
Enclosed is an executed copy of the Resolution, and a copy of
Amendment No . 2 (Exhibit "A" to the Resolution) .
In order to be effective, Amendment No. 2 must be
executed by each of the IVDA' s Member Jurisdictions and the City of
Highland. Accordingly, please place Amendment No. 2 on your next
Agenda for consideration.
