CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
The Traffic Engineering Section received a request to
install a one-way stop at the intersection of Lakewood Street and
Windsor Street. The intersection is currently an uncontrolled
"T" intersection.
An investigation was completed by the Traffic Engineering
staff. The investigation found that a one-way stop is warranted.
The Traffic Safety Committee evaluated this request at
their March 13 , 1996 , meeting. The Committee concurred with the
findings of the Traffic Engineering staff and recommended that a
one-way stop be installed for the Windsor Street approach.
We recommend that the installation of a stop sign at this
intersection be approved.
