The Board of Water Commissioners serve silk year terms, which are
fixed by time in the Charter. When B. Warren Cocke and Alton
Garrett were appointed, they served out the unexpired terms of
their predecessors. Mr. Cocke's term has expired and Mr. Garrett's
term expires in May 1996. Your consideration of reappointment of
these individuals would be greatly appreciated.
