1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING SUBSECTION
C TO SECTION 8.60.120 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO FIREWORKS IN HIGH FIRE AREAS IN THE 1996 SEASON.
3 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
4 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
5 SECTION 1. Subsection C is hereby added to Section 8.60.120 of the San Bernardino
6 Municipal Code to read as follows:
7 "C. Notwithstanding subsection B, and for the 1996 season only, fireworks may
be discharged in the areas described in subsection B, but only if a permit
g is issued by the San Bernardino Fire Department pursuant to Health and
Safety Code Section 12640(c) and 19 California Code of Regulations
9 Section 982 et. seq
10 SECTION 2. This ordinance expires on December 31, 1996, and thereafter shall be of
11 no further force and effect.
