View Avenue. The project consists , in general , of installing a 15-inch sewer main from Gifford Avenue to Tippecanoe Avenue, and a 12-inch sewer main from Tippecanoe Avenue to Mt. View Avenue. Below is an estimate of the total project cost: Construction Contract $ 296 , 180 Construction Inspection (W.O. #1993) 29 , 618 Sub--Total $ 325 , 798 Contingencies (15%) ± 48 , 202 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 374 , 000 All costs incurred for this project will be charged to Account No. 242-362-5504-1993 , and billed to the grant from the Federal Economic Development Administration and Inland Valley Development Agency. `do City funds will be used to finance any portion of this project.
