Mr. Morris previously held this position until April 1, 2009 when the position was eliminated due to reduction in work force. At that time,Mr. Morris was E moved to Electrician 1. Q In 2009,the City contracted with an outside vendor to do the preventative maintenance on the traffic signals. On June 30,2014, the MCC re-instated the position of Traffic Signal Technician and the City is no longer contracting for preventative maintenance services on the traffic signals.
